By using the services of Profiles Made EZ, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Service Description
Profiles Made EZ provides a service that creates dating profile bios for individuals seeking dating profile bios. The service includes providing clients with an up to 200-word bio that highlights the individual. Clients have the option to purchase a more detailed compatibility report for $5.00. The pricing for the bio content is $24.99, which includes one free re-write if the client is not satisfied.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information to Profiles Made EZ for the bio creation process. The Client acknowledges that the quality and effectiveness of the dating profile bio are dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, related to the created dating profiles belong to Profiles Made EZ. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the dating profiles solely for personal dating purposes. The Client must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the dating profiles without prior written consent from Profiles Made EZ.
Delivery and Timelines
Profiles Made EZ will make reasonable efforts to deliver the completed bio and compatibility report within a reasonable timeframe. However, the delivery timeline may vary depending on factors such as the volume of requests and the complexity of the profile.
Termination or Suspension of Services
Profiles Made EZ reserves the right to terminate or suspend the services provided to the Client under the following circumstances:
a. Any violation of this Agreement by the Client.
b. Any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal conduct by the Client.
c. Any failure to comply with the obligations outlined in this agreement
Data Protection and Privacy
Profiles Made EZ is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of client information. The Client acknowledges and agrees that personal information and responses collected during the profile bio creation process will be used for the sole purpose of generating the bio and compatibility report. Profiles Made EZ will implement reasonable security measures to protect the client’s information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Limitation of Liability
The Client understands and agrees that Profiles Made EZ cannot guarantee the success or outcomes of the created dating profile bios. The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their interactions and relationships with others based on the information provided in the dating profile bios.
Prohibited Content
The Client agrees not to provide any content or information that is offensive, illegal, or inappropriate for the dating profile bios created by Profiles Made EZ. Profiles Made EZ reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that violates this provision.
Modification or Termination of the Agreement
Profiles Made EZ reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any modifications or amendments will be effective upon posting on the Profiles Made EZ website or notifying the Client through other reasonable means. The Client may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing the use of Profiles Made EZ services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Profiles Made EZ operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as agreed upon by both parties. By using the services of Profiles Made EZ, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
